Shipping policy
All buyers are subject to their own reside sales tax.
We provide free shipping only to the 48 Contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping method: UPS Ground
Unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Buyers must provide a physical address when ordering from us. Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of delay if P.O box addresses or other Un-Deliverable addresses are provided.
Same day shipping is provided for orders before 9AM EST.
We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD). Most of our items are shipped via UPS.
Shipping Upgrades are not available.
Refund policy
We have a 60 day return-for-refund policy. If a buyer is not satisfied with our product, he/she can return the item and get refunded the item price only within the time period.
We also have a 60 day approved defect replacement only warranty.
For any package that needs to be returned, please contact our customer service first to receive a RMA form.
The return will not be accepted in any case if the item has been used. Only un-mounted and un-used tires can be returned.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is accepted.
Any item that is approved for exchange will need to be in brand new condition, which means the item has never been installed and is kept in the original packaging.
We do not assume responsibility for any installation fees charged by shops under any circumstances.
